Position. If you enjoy organizing, multi-tasking, meeting new people and being around kids, this job is for you. We're looking for high-energy people to manage our front desk on weekdays during the day and in the evenings. This is a highly-active, interesting position that will have you doing a little bit of everything. Many evenings, you will also be the manager on duty, responsible for supporting the entire studio.
Responsibilities. You will be responsible for:
Greeting customers, giving facility tours and resolving issues.
Managing registrations
Straightening/merchandising
Responding to phone and email inquiries.
Maintaining customer files.
Supporting classroom activities, as required.
Minimum Job Qualifications.
Be fun-loving, warm and high-energy, and have a sense of humor.
Have excellent customer relationship skills.
Be a self-starter.
Have excellent organizational skills and be an effective problem-solver.
Have strong skills with respect to computers, phones, faxes and other office equipment.
Be a team player.
Have a passion for dance and cheerleading.
Have a demonstrated connection with kids; experience working with kids a plus.
Maintain a neat and clean appearance.
Be physically and psychologically able to work around large groups of young children in a highly active, often loud setting.
Consent to and pass a criminal and health background check for working with children.
Be at least 16 years old.
Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Be drug-free.
