Jess Rowell currently coaches athletes in the all star cheerleading program. She assists in the areas of choreography, improving technique, safety, stunting and tumbling skills. Jess has judged national cheerleading competitions for American Championships in Indiana and Florida for the last several years. She was a member and captain of her high school competitive tumbling and stunting cheerleading squad, as well as a member of the Lady Renegade cheer squad for 2 years. Jess is also a Registered Nurse at Saint Elizabeth Hospital on the Stroke Unit. She is trained in cheer safety, as well as CPR certified. She enjoys working at Club Kicks Dance and Cheer because it serves as a positive outlet for her and because "walking in the doors of the studio is like walking in the front door of home. There's nothing better than friends and family!"
