Club Kicks is proud to perform all around Lincoln and the surrounding area. Some of our performances have been at Lincoln Indoor Football, The Star City Parade, University of Nebraska soccer and basketball games, local high school basketball games, nursing homes, Lincoln Children's Museum, Lincoln Children's' Zoo, the Farmer's Market, Roca Berry Farm and the Annual 4th of July Celebration in Seward, NE.  In 2002 Club Kicks was seen on stage of the Branson, Missouri theaters.  They performed at Country Tonight and Music City Center with the Haygoods.

Philosophy

Club Kicks is a Christian-based company that believes people can express themselves through dance without compromising their values. Club Kicks takes pride in playing music with clean lyrics and positive messages. The steps and moves taught to students are interesting and challenging without being compromising. We believe each individual member is important and that each team is at its best when each team member is at her or his best.

History

Club Kicks was organized in January 1995 with squads at three Lincoln, Nebraska, elementary schools. Since then, hundreds have participated in dance, cheer and pom classes at varying locations. All-Star Teams were started in 1997 for those dancers who wanted to dedicate more time and energy toward the competitive drill team experience. These teams -- known as Club Kicks All-Stars -- have successfully competed in Chicago, Minneapolis, Southern California, Kansas City, Des Moines, Omaha and Branson, Missouri, bringing home numerous superior trophies and plaques. In the spring of 2001 Club Kicks opened the biggest dance and cheer studio in Lincoln (3,500 square feet) by turning an old warehouse into a dancer's delight.
